Police were not forthcoming with information regarding a report of first-degree sodomy and second-degree unlawful imprisonment at the Eutaw National Guard Armory.
“We’re currently investigating those incidents,” Demopolis Public Safety Director Jeff Manuel said. Manuel confirmed the incidents happened at the Eutaw National Guard Armory, but did not say why the case is being handled by his department.
The incidents were reported Jan. 11, and Manuel said his officers are working with the National Guard to investigate the allegations.
He said a suspect has been identified, but said no arrests have been made yet.
