Katie Windham and Rosemary Shows are busy Friday afternoon signing in vendors for the Fair in the Square event to be held on Saturday.

Windham said the vendors are coming in and will continue to set up throughout Friday and early Saturday.

The event is expected to host about 35-40 food vendors, about 65 craft vendors and about 32 retail vendors, she said.

Fair in the Square will take place Saturday at the Public Square downtown from 7:30-3:30 p.m.
