Wallace-Russell wedding

Beth Wallace and Stephen Williams Russell were married Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at Linden Baptist Church.The Reverend Larry H. Russell performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ellen Wallace of Linden and Rick Wallace of Forkland. The groom is the son of Rev. and Mrs. Larry H. Russell of Puckett, Miss.
The bride was escorted by her brother Jeff. Her gown had a plunging deep “V” neckline in front and back, decorated with beaded embroidery. Complementing beadwork was used at the waistline and continued down the semi-cathedral train by decorating the two sides of the split train. Front box pleats with beaded embroidery and satin buttons on the back skirt completed the ivory gown. She wore an elbow length veil.
The brides attendants wore short, oasis colored, satin dresses. The matron of honor was Chelsea Morgan of Northport. Maids were Lacey Tubbs of Sprott, Ashley Trammell of Northport, and Liz Haynes of Franklinton, La.
Mr. Russell’s brother, Jason, served as his best man. Groomsmen were David Jordan of Magee, Miss., Jake Vanderford of Pearl, Miss., and Mickey Harrell of Carthage, Miss. Ushers were Jonathan Williams and Casey Guy of Brandon, Miss. and Brandon Bailey of Pearl, Mississippi.
Carrie Payne played the piano, and Dana Lane played the flute. Chelsea Morgan sang “How Great Thou Art.” Mitzi Gates sang “The Lord’s Prayer.” The groom sang “I Cross My Heart.”
A reception followed in the church fellowship hall.
After a trip to Asheville, North Carolina, the couple will be at home in Meridian, Miss.
