The following are arrests reports from the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Oct. 11:

• Robin P. Charleston, 44, was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 9 for contempt of court-failing to appear on East Washington Street.

• Jayson G. Shows, 28, was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 9 for theft of property III and criminal mischief II on East Washington Street.

• Kendrick L. Walls, Jr., 18, was arrested Tuesday, Oct. 9 for theft of property II and fraudulent use of credit/debit card on East Washington Street.

• Kerven L. Bryant, 38, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 10 for assault III on East Washington Street.

• Derrick Haywood, 30, was arrested Wednesday, Oct. 10 for possession of cocaine and for selling/distributing marijuana at O’Reilly Auto Parts.

• Jamal S. Dunagan, Jr., 19, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 10 for X3 Insufficent Funds Check at South Front Apt. 302.

• Jayson G. Shows, 28, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 11 for carrying a concealed weapon and theft of property II at Pruitts Chevron and Marengo County Detention Center.

• Harold Poindexter, 64, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 11 for X2 theft of property II at DPD.
