April 17

A complaint was filed in Union for burglary.

April 18

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief. Sixty trees were reported stolen.

April 23

A complaint was filed in Union for a runaway.

Arrests

April 17

Otis Cistrunk, 45, of Forkland was arrested on charges of driving under the influence. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Michael Bohanon, 45, of Forkland was arrested on charges of domestic assault,

April 17

Hattie Phillips, 46, of Boligee was released on $1,500 bond for driving under the influence.

April 18

Rhonda Spencer, 26, of Eutaw was released on $7,000 bond for possession of marijuana, first degree.

April 22

Buffy Pelt, 32, of Eutaw was released on $500 bond for two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
