Livingston Book Club to hold annual dinner

The 21st annual Livingston Book Club dinner will be held on Tuesday, April 6, at the Bell Conference Center on the University of West Alabama campus.
Dinner will be served between the hours of 5:30 and 7 p.m. For those who prefer, takeout will be available at Y-Hall next to the Conference Center from 5 to 6 p.m.
The evening features good food, home-baked cakes provided by club members and enjoyable dinner music provided by Dr. Manley Blackwell.
Tickets for the dinner are $12 each and may be purchased from any Book Club member or by calling Kaye Bryan at (205) 652-7169 evenings. All proceeds from the dinner will be donated to local libraries.
Following the dinner, the Sumter County Fine Arts Council will present a concert by the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra at 7:30 p.m. in Bibb Graves Auditorium. Tickets for this performance must be purchased separately.
