The Demopolis High junior varsity baseball team is off to a 3-0 start after a strong first week of play.

The Tiger JV squad swept a double-header from Clarke County with a 6-2 win and a 7-4 victory. Michael Brooker and Stephen Stewart, respectively, picked up the wins in those games.

Tyler Oates then grabbed is first victory of the season when the junior Tigers beat Jackson 10-8.
