Rick Manley, Tom Perry, Scott Stapp and Bill Traeger held a 50th anniversary celebration last night at the Demopolis Civic Center in honor of their practice. Upon graduation from the University of Alabama School of Law, on Sept. 1, 1958, Rick Manley opened a law office on the second floor of the former Commercial National Bank building in Demopolis. In December 1979 Billy Traeger joined him. Tom Perry joined the firm in 1988 and Scott Stapp came on board in 1996.
