Demopolis native and mixed martial arts trainer Terry Vice took four of his fighters on the road to Auburn last weekend to compete in Main Event 5 at the Lexington Hotel.

Vice’s group had its strongest showing yet as three of the four competitors won their respective bouts.

Brian Tucker of Thomasville defeated Mike Larry via submission in the first round.

Jonathan Hargreaves of Coy dropped Skyler Parrish, winning by a knockout in the third round.

Ronnie Mayo of Livingston picked up a win in the first round by getting a submission from David Cole.

Larry Weatherly of Vineland made it to the second round before losing to Hawk Costa on a referee’s stoppage.

“They did really well and I just wanted to thank everyone who came out and supported us,” Vice said of the group that travelled from the Black Belt to take in the event.
