Optometrist Dr. Leroy Maxwell announced Monday his retirement from Eyemax Vision Center on Nov. 30.
“It has been a great pleasure providing for your eye care needs over the years, and it is not easy for me to give it up,” Maxwell said. “I know this is short notice, and I hope it is clear about your eye care. I have valued our relationship immensely. I appreciate your loyalty and friendship over the years.”
Maxwell said that Dr. Kristinna Lovinggood will assume the care of his patients on Jan. 2, 2024, at all Eyemax Vision Center locations in Selma, Demopolis, and Thomasville.
Lovingood, who has her practice at Primary Eye Care in Selma, said she looks forward to providing the latest in eye care technology for new and existing patients.
