The marginal risk area includes other counties such as Clarke, Choctaw, Sumter, Hale, Dallas, Greene, and Perry counties. Counties in this area could see large hail and damaging winds up to 60 mph.
Beginning Thursday night, Marengo County could potentially move into the “enhanced and slight risk areas” where tornadoes, quarter size hail, and damaging winds up to 60-70 mph are possible.
