Eastern Star Baptist Church in Demopolis holds weekly services on Sunday at 11 a.m. and at 8 a.m. on every fourth Sunday. First Baptist Church of Demopolis holds Sunday morning worship at 11 a.m. with an evening worship at 5 p.m. Pastor is Carl Williams. The church is located at 109 S. Strawberry Avenue.

First United Methodist Church of Demopolis holds a contemporary worship service each Sunday at 8:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. A traditional service begins at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary. The church is located at 200 E. Decatur Street.

Greater New Hope Baptist Church in Demopolis holds Sunday School services at 10 a.m. every Sunday. Sunday morning services begin at 11 a.m. Bible Study is each Wednesday at 6 p.m. The church is located at 510 North Chestnut Avenue. Pastor is Honoree Lockett, Jr.

Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Gallion holds weekly services at 10:15 a.m. each Sunday. Sunday School is held at 9 a.m. and Missionary Bible Class and B.T.U. is held at 9:45 a.m. Bible study classes are held at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays.

Mt. Zion #2 invites the public to their services. Sunday School is at 10 a.m., Sunday Morning Worship every second and fourth Sunday; and  Bible Study every Wednesday at 5 p.m.

River of Life Assembly of God holds Sunday morning worship beginning at 10:30 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m.

Saints Tabernacle Church of God in Christ holds Sunday School services at 10 a.m. every Sunday. Sunday morning services begin at 11:45 a.m. Bible study is each Tuesday at 7 p.m., and they hold prayer and worship on Thursdays at 5 p.m.

Trinity Episcopal Church in Demopolis holds weekly services each Sunday at 10 a.m. Wednesday service is held at 5:30 p.m.
