Orville Hill

Orville Owen Hill, age 83, of Demopolis passed away on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2009, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital in Demopolis.
He was a native of Parrish and retired from the Greene County Steam Plant as a plant manager. He was a member of Westside Baptist Church.
Visitation will be held at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors on Saturday, Feb. 14, from 6 to 8 p.m. Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 15, at 2 p.m. at Demopolis Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Richard Scott officiating. Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Frances Hill, and his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Girley Hill.
He is survived by three daughters, Mona Marie Florian of Demopolis, Teresa Gail (King) Jones of Dothan and Tina (Mike) Arnold of Cullman; one son, Gregory Owen Hill of Orange Beach; nine grandchildren, Christopher Ray Hill, Brandy Daniels, Ryan Jones, Michael Justin Arnold, Margo Mechelle Watson, Jennifer Leigh Casey, Marinda Brooke Hill, Victoria Nicole Arnold and Anthony Owen Hill; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
