Missoula Children’s Theatre presents ‘The Princess and The Frog’ on July 1

On Friday, July 1, the Missoula Children’s Theatre will present “The Princess and the Pea” by Michael McGill at the Demopolis High School Auditorium at 5 p.m.
Under the direction of Katie Gehrmann and Christopher Martin, the students spent the week, starting on June 27, auditioning and learning their roles for the production during the fourth week of Demopolis City Schools 21st Century Community Camp.
“The Princess and the Pea” will explore what happens when a prince from a wintery kingdom tries to find a princess along with her friend “The Pea” who come from a kingdom will green rolling hills and running rivers.
The twist and turns the children’s version takes to tell the old story is sure to be excited.
Cost of attendance is $5 for adults and $3 for children.

The Missoula Children’s Theatre International Tour has fostered developmental life skills in more than a million kids throughout its 45-year existence. The traveling group is based in Missoula, Mont.
