The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending July 29:
On Friday, July 25, police responded to a report of theft of firearms at West Monroe Street. A Rossi .38 revolver was stolen.
On Friday, July 25, police responded to a report of shoplifting at Walmart. Merchandise was stolen.
On Saturday, July 26, police responded to a report of theft from a public building at Walmart. Clothes were stolen.
On Saturday, July 26, police responded to a report of simple assault at Parr’s Chevron.
On Saturday, July 26, police responded to a report of shoplifting at Walmart. Women’s panties, women’s necklaces, a bracelet and earrings were stolen.
On Sunday, July 27, police responded to a report of domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation/assault at Rainbow Circle. A Chevrolet Impala was damaged in the incident.
On Sunday, July 27, police responded to a report of theft from yards at Manson Drive. A Chihuahua was stolen.
On Sunday, July 27, police responded to a report of simple assault-family at East Washington Street.
On Sunday, July 27, police responded to a report of burglary of a residence with force at Laura Avenue. A window was damaged.
On Monday, July 28, police responded to a report of harassment/intimidation at Fourth Avenue.
On Monday, July 28, police responded to a report of third-degree theft of property at Highway 80 West. Invitation note cards, a plastic table cloth, a mask, loot bags, a happy birthday banner, an award ribbon, a party card, stickers, panties and baby clothes were stolen.
On Monday, July 28, police responded to a report of identity theft at South Earl Avenue. Credit/debit cards were stolen.
