Jeremy Wallace passed Alabama Christian’s Jordan Creel by more than 500 votes Saturday and currently sits atop the U.S. Army’s Iron Man of the Year voting with the polls still open until midnight tonight.
Wallace, who came into the week trailing then-first place Creel by more than 800 votes, has made up nearly all the difference in emailed votes.
Wallace was the Week 9 Army Iron Man of the Week after scoring on an 83-yard kick-off return for a touchdown and returning a fumble for a 16-yard touchdown in Demopolis’ 79-6 win over Wilcox Central.
Fans of the Demopolis senior receiver and defensive back are encouraged to log on to www.thesportsflash.com/USArmyIronMan-ALABAMA.html and vote for him.
Votes can also be emailed to ArmyIronMan.Alabama@TheSportsFlash.com.
If you chose to email your vote, please put Jeremy Wallace in the subject line.
Voting ends at midnight Saturday.
