The Demopolis Police Department is looking for information as to the whereabouts of Christopher Banks from the Gallion and Greene County areas.

Banks, 27, is wanted for the first-degree assault of Joe Vaughn, which occurred around 5:50 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26 on Patterson Drive in Demopolis. He is still considered armed and dangerous.

The victim was transported to DCH is Tuscaloosa for treatment of gunshot wounds to his leg.

DPD Chief Tommie Reese is asking the community and anyone who may have information about Banks to turn him in to law enforcement.
