The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Aug. 13:
On Friday, Aug. 9, police responded to a report of harassment at Walmart.
On Friday, Aug. 9, police responded to a report of miscellaneous theft at North Walnut Avenue. A US Treasury check was stolen.
On Friday, Aug. 9, police responded to a report of forgery-counterfeiting at East Jackson Street. A counterfeit $5 bill was used.
On Saturday, Aug. 10, police responded to a report of simple assault at West Jackson Street.
On Sunday, Aug. 11, police responded to a report of criminal mischief-damage to business property at Highway 80 East. A window was damaged.
On Sunday, Aug. 11, police responded to a report of cruelty to animals at East Monroe Street.
On Monday, Aug. 12, police responded to a report of simple assault-family at North Commissioners Avenue.
On Tuesday, Aug. 13, police responded to a report of aggravated assault family-strong arm at Abe Brown Court.
