The following are the incident reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Aug. 9:
On Monday, Aug. 5, police responded to a report of simple assault at the Red Carpet Inn.
On Monday, Aug. 5, police responded to a report of burglary-residence-no force at Vinyard Drive. A Winchester Model 9430-30 1776-1977 was stolen.
On Tuesday, Aug. 6, police responded to a report of a gas drive off at Pure gas station.
On Tuesday, Aug. 6, police responded to a report of a dog attack at Fairview Drive.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of criminal mischief-damage to private property at East Morgan Street. A Mazda Protégé was damaged.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of lane change without proper signal at Highway 80 East.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of cruelty to a dog or cat at Floyd Avenue.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of third-degree domestic violence at Abe Brown Court.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of theft at Highway 80 East construction site. A concrete curing box was stolen.
On Wednesday, Aug. 7, police responded to a report of theft from yards at Highway 43 South.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, police responded to a report of burglary-residence-force at Stewart Street.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, police responded to a report of theft from residence at North Ash Avenue.
