Marjorie Averette Wilkerson, 75, of Greensboro, died Thursday, March 4, 2004, at the home of her daughter.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2004, at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church with Rev. Ray Averette, Rev. William Earl Calhoun and Rev. Tom Terry officiating.

Burial will be held in the church cemetery under the direction of Kirk Funeral Homes Greensboro Chapel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilburn Wilkerson; and a grandson, William Hoggle.

She is survived by daughters, Fay Wilkerson Clements of Greensboro and Gay Wilkerson Barton of Sprott; and four grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Steve Meigs, Mark Vincent, Cecil Thomas, Bobby Wilkerson, Randy Baldwin, Ren Kynard, Royce Duncan and Clayton Hoggle.
