The Demopolis High School golf team defeated Washington County, Jackson and a much-improved Thomasville team Tuesday afternoon. The wins give the Tigers a 14-0 record on the season.

Demopolis shot an impressive 158, while Thomasville shot 178, Washington County shot 180 and Jackson High School shot 210.

Led by Senior Payne Hasty with a one over 36, the Tigers powered their way to the victory. Hasty was followed closely by DHS No. 1 seed Braiden Spiller with a 39. Sam Yeager shot a 41, Jordan Williams shot a 42, Blake Bryant shot a 47, Chandler Steudeman shot a 45 and Anna Reid shot a 46. The Tigers will play at the Ravine Thursday, weather permitting, against Thomasville.
