In the third installment of the Alabama Sports Writers Association baseball and softball rankings, there are still just two Marengo County teams appearing in their respective top-10 poll.

The Marengo Academy softball team is still undefeated at 14-0, and are still at the top of the AISA top-10. The Lady Horns will compete in the Macon East tournament Thursday through Saturday this week.

The Demopolis Tiger baseball team is 11-3 overall, and are at No. 8 in the Class 5A poll. The Tigers will host Selma on Friday afternoon, and will travel to Selma on Saturday for a double header.
