Reagan doesn’t have it all right

Dear Editor
I am writing to inform Mr. Reagan that I am most sure the commission was not on any pleasure trip. As the mother of a daughter who fell victim to 9-11 I believe there are many unanswered questions. There also were many lapses in the security of New York and the United States. We need to correct these issues before the next attack.
Did you know that the same motorola radios were used when the WTC was attacked in 1993? Why should it take 8 years to correct this problem? Mr. Guiliani did a fine job on 9-11, but what did he do to correct the radios for the FDNY under his administration? He says maybe 8000 or 9000 people were taken safely out of the buildings…well had the communications been better more lives could have been saved.
My daughter, Jennifer, worked for Cantor Fitzgerald on the 101st floor, she was trapped and suffered a horrible death. She could not come down and if she went to the roof which in my heart I know she did, she could not get on the roof since the roof was locked.
How many more lives could have been saved in the South Tower? They were told there building was safe. There is also the rivalry between the FDNY and the NYPD that needs to be organized. So don’t think anyone was on a pleasure trip as we need to find out what went wrong and how to correct it in the very near future for everyone’s safety.
