Gary Andrew Etheridge, age 33, of Demopolis died Thursday, July 11, 2024, at his home. He was born February 13, 1991 in Demopolis to Gary Dannelly and Shirley Etheridge. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Afghanistan and a member of Beaver Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Shirley Etheridge; daughter, Elizabeth D. McConnell; sister, Dr. Regina Seay (John); and brother, Terry Shane Sprinkle (Katrina).

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Dannelly Etheridge.

Funeral services were held at Beaver Creek Baptist Church on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Lister Hill officiating. Burial followed at Beaver Creek Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Sgt. Sidney Little, Jamie Ballard, John Seay, Buck Etheridge, Ralph Griffith and Donnie Etheridge.

Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
