The Demopolis 12U softball team recently won the Pre Area 1 South Central Tournament. 

Team members include Anna Claire Quarles  (22), Emily Parten (12), Carlina Dunklin (00), Hadley Smith (8), Sadie Jordan (23), Emmalyn Washburn (20), Aubrey Etheridge (21), Ruby Edmonds (5), Kaliyah Cunningham  (42), Kendall Gandy (13), Anne Sutton Beard (11) and Ansley Basinger  (4)

The team competes in the All American Youth Sports league. They will now advance to the Area tournament competing against surrounding counties and for a chance to play in the State Tournament.
