Patricia Barnes Vick, 83, of Gallion died Wednesday April 10, 2024 at her home.

She was born January 21, 1941 in Scotts Station to James Ellis and Merle Harper Barnes. She was a retired secretary with Linden Lumber and was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Allison Cobb (Donnie) and Debra Petrarca (Brian); a brother, James E. “Sug” Barnes; four grandchildren, Salvatore Petrarca, Tyler Cobb, Nicole Petrarca and Lane Cobb; and one great-grandchild, Callen Cobb.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gaines Vick.

Funeral services were held at Providence Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024 with the Rev. Warren Huggins and Paul Whitcomb officiating. Burial followed at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Salvatore Petrarca, Tyler Cobb, Lane Cobb, Milton Vick, Britton Andrews and Jimmy Barnes.

Honorary pallbearers were Providence Baptist Church WMU, her caregivers and Legacy Hospice.
