Rosenbush presents check to Ole Miss

Mary Louise Rosenbush presented a $125,000 check to the University of Mississippi to establish an Endowment in Perpetuity to be known as the Mary Louise Bell Rosenbush and Bert Rosenbush, Jr. Grove Scholars Endowment for eligible Mississippi students with a family annual income of less than $40,000.
Receiving the check is Bill Dabney, Manager of Integrated Marketing Communications at Ole Miss, and Anna Langley, Vice-President and Corporate Secretary at Ole Miss.
Mrs. Rosenbush, presently a resident of Marengo Nursing Home in Linden, Alabama, received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from the University of Mississippi, where she was a member of the Gamma Delta Chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. She completed a Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. She taught in Elementary Schools in Mississippi, Alabama, and Texas, later serving as Assistant Dean of Students at the University of Alabama.
Upon her marriage to Bert Rosenbush, Jr. in 1971, Mary Louise moved to Demopolis and, along with her husband, was a very active member of the Community. Both Mary Louise and Bert have been recognized for their generosity for many years.
