The Demopolis Area Chamber of Commerce has named The Cedars as the July Business of the Month. Every month a local business is highlighted to remind the public that they are in town, are open for business, and are ready to serve the community to the best of their ability.

The Cedars is a historic property and charming wedding venue in Demopolis, Alabama. The business is located at 21765 US-80, Demopolis, AL. The property is a popular spot for couples who are looking for an elegant rural area for their wedding.

The history of The Cedars dates back to the 1800s and has undergone restoration by its current owners Richy & Tiffany Naisbett. The land where this special place is located still operates as cattle farm, just as it has for nearly two centuries.

The Cedars features a farmhouse built in 1890 that has private get-ready rooms and has been renovated with modern luxuries for pre-wedding preparations. The farmhouse also houses up to 12 people and can be rented as overnight accommodation. The property also has The Barn, the Log Barn, and the Greenhouse that can be used for all kinds of events.

The Cedars offers a variety of services such a lighted parking lot, golf cart shuttles from the parking lot, event setup and cleanup, access to on-sire furniture and décor, and The Silos restrooms.
