Demopolis woman, Eutaw man killed in head-on-collision

On Sunday, June 25, a Demopolis woman and a Eutaw man were killed in a two car head-on-collision north of Eutaw. The accident occurred at around 4:52 a.m. on U.S. 11, about four miles north of Eutaw.
According to ALEA (Alabama Law Enforcement Agency), Temika M. Lynch, 39, of Demopolis and Jamal L. Parham, 31, of Eutaw, were killed when the vehicles they were passengers in collided head-on.
Two other occupants, Patrick Armstead, 33, of Forkland and Ebony Powell, 27, of Boligee, were also injured in the crash. Lynch was a passenger in a 2011 Hyundai Tucson driven by Armstead, while Parham was a passenger in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata driven by Powell. Armstead and Powell were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation by ALEA.
