Richard Todd Stephens age 57 of Linden, AL died October 26, 2022 at Marengo Nursing Home. He was born December 1, 1964 in Demopolis, AL to William “Bill” Stephens and Thelma Pauline Stephens. He was a former electrician with Gaddy Electric and a member of Linden Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Glass Stephens; two sons, William Stewart Stephens and Lucas Ashby Stephens; daughter, Hannah Stephens Kennedy (Michael); father, William “Bill” Stephens; two brothers, Rodney Stephens (Anne) and Craig Stephens (Vickie); sister, Jennifer Mathis (Todd); and grandson, Frank Crawford Kennedy.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Pauline Stephens.

Graveside funeral services were held at Linden Memorial Park on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 3:00 pm with Dr. Chris Kynard and Jerry Gaddy officiating.

Active pallbearers were Kyle Stephens, Ryan Stephens, Brett Tucker, Joe Austin, Daniel Pyle, Keith Bedsole, Tommy Huett, Cody Cross, Curtis Hudson, Joe Hudson, and Jamie Singleton.

Honorary pallbearers were Employees of Gaddy Electric, Staff and Employees of Marengo Nursing Home, Sammye Walters and Lacy Wysmulek of Southern Care Hospice.
