Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. is hosting our Annual Fundraiser and we are pleased to invite you to be one of our donors/sponsors for the event. The event, Celebrating 45 Years of Exceptional Service in Healthcare, will be held on Wednesday, October 26 2022 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., at the Demopolis Civic Center located 501 N Commissioners Street, Demopolis, AL 36732. We encourage you to wear your “Wild Wild West Cabaret” attire for this event. Our goal this year is to raise $45,000 to support our Access to Healthcare Fund. These funds are utilized to allow us to continue to be a sustainable access point to those most in need while achieving our goal of expanding our healthcare services to the uninsured and lower income individuals and families we serve.

As you know, Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. is a private non-profit community health center established in 1977. Our mission is to provide comprehensive quality primary and preventative health care services to the medically underserved in Clarke, Dallas, Marengo, Monroe, Perry, and Wilcox counties in Alabama. Rural Health has a long history of providing quality primary health care to patients regardless of their ability to pay, including those who are insured, uninsured, underserved, and at-risk.

As one of our Community Partners, we are reaching out to you specifically to gain your support. Your donation will assist Rural Health Medical Program, Inc. with carrying out our mission and vision. Your support and commitment to our event is essential to the continued growth and success of our organization.
