Child Find applies to children from birth to twenty-one, who need special education and related services, regardless of the severity of their disability.  It also applies to children who attend private or religious schools and highly mobile children with disabilities (e. g., migrant children), homeless children and children who are wards of the State within this education agency’s jurisdiction.
