At the Marengo Board of Education meeting on October 28, K12 Instructional Leader Cathy Seale announced that there will be a Coaching Internship for December 8-10. The purpose of the internship is to “ensure coaches can teach using high quality instructional practices, ensure coaches practice coaching each other and receive feedback on their coaching.”

The internship will also help in identifying strengths and weaknesses to plan forward for improvement.

The internship will prioritize learning targets and checks for understanding, increasing engagement and student practice opportunities, and intensive and urgent delivery of small group and intervention instruction.
