Black History Month to be celebrated at DPL with movies
The Demopolis Public Library plans to celebrate Black History Month with movie time each Wednesday.
Seating is limited, so participants are asked to call ahead and reserve a seat.
Today, at 2 p.m., the library will show “The Rosa Parks Story.”
Next Wednesday at 2 p.m., “Selma, Lord, Selma” will play.
On Feb. 17 at 2 p.m., “Hidden Figures” will be shown.
Finally, “Just Mercy” will be aired on Feb. 24, at 2 p.m.
