The Demopolis Public Safety Department recently celebrated the graduation of the latest Demopolis Citizens Public Safety Academy with a special ceremony at the Police and Municipal Complex on Sunday, Jan. 27. Members of the class included, pictured beginning in second row, James Jackson, Melissa Jackson, Iesha Morris; (back) Theresa Carey, Diana E. Woodard, Lindsey Carey, Brandy Lewis and Gabby Rivas. Also pictured is DFD Captain Alex Morris, DPD Sgt. Richard Bryant, and Interim Police Chief Rex Flowers. The DCPSA holds two sessions each year, one in the spring and another in the fall.
