Phares Allen Vick, 80, of Demopolis died July 26, 2017 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi.

Mr. Vick was born August 4, 1936 in Sweet Water to Robert G. and Annie Ruth Vick. He was a retired maintenance worker with James River Corp.

He is survived by his two sons, Russell Allen Vick of Linden and Walter Frank Vick of Texas; sister, Carolyn V. Nelson of Demopolis; brother, Thomas Vick of Linden; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services were held at Linden Memorial Park on Friday, July 28, at 2 p.m. with Donny Cobb officiating.

Active Pallbearers were: Danny Stenz, Marc Vick, Reese Vick, Gil Vick, Milton Vick, and Rob Nelson.
