Robert Frank “Bobby” Bedsole, 66, of Gallion passed away April 1, 2016 at DCH Regional Hospital.
Bobby was born July 20, 1949 in Linden. He was an Adult Education Supervisor and a member of Providence Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Linda F. Bedsole of Gallion; two daughters, Anna Bedsole of Livingston and Robin Bedsole of Hawthorn Woods, Illinois; sister Mary Boozer of Linden; brother, Kenneth “Pete” Bedsole of Beaver Creek, Alabama; sister, Voncile Nichols of Opelika, Alabama; brother, Glenn Bedsole of Mary Esther, Florida; and a brother, Willard Bedsole of Forkland.
He was preceded in death by his parents, E.B. Bedsole and Annie Frank Singleton Bedsole; a brother, Billy Grey “Buddy” Bedsole; and a sister, Willie Mae Dickson.
Funeral services will be held at Providence Baptist Church on Wednesday, April 6, at 11 a.m. with Paul Whitcomb and Bruce Flowers officiating. Burial will be in the Bedsole Family Cemetery.
Active pallbearers are: Keith Bedsole, Donald Boyd Dickson, Shane Bedsole, Billy Bedsole, Jason Arledge, Patrick Cannon, Scott Collier, Roger Burge.
Honorary pallbearers are: Ross Fitzhugh, Larry Huckabee, Winston Cobb, Ben Gardner, Walter Davis, Tom Fountain, Shannon Bozeman, and Dawn Sheffield.
