Mary Jeanette Lowe, 86, of Demopolis, passed away Saturday, Dec. 20, at Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 9, 1928, in Jefferson County to the late Andy and Annie Thornel Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Andy and Annie Thornel Rogers; and husband, Donald Lowe.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Randy) Ray of Demopolis; son, Don Lowe Jr. of Orange Beach; sister-in-law, Judy Rogers of Centreville, Tenn.; brother, Maurice (Peggy) Rogers of Hoover; and four grandchildren, Nicole Lowe, Andy Lowe, Matthew Ray and Travis Ray.

Graveside services were held Monday, Dec. 22, at 2 p.m. at Demopolis Memorial Gardens. The family received friends at the funeral home from 1-1:45 p.m. The Rev. Terry Calloway officiated with Kirk Funeral Homes Demopolis Chapel directing.

Pallbearers were the grandsons and John Harris. Honorary pallbearers were the Pink Ladies.
