Deacon Willie Ponds, 74, of Thomaston, passed on Dec. 19 at his home.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 27, at Mt. Hebron P.B. Church in Thomaston. The Rev. Charles Anderson officiated. Burial followed in the Glovers Cemetery with Phillip White’s Julia White Funeral Home directing.
