It’s that time of year again.

Graduation season is here, and all seven local high schools are getting ready to give out degrees and send graduates off to their next destinations.

Four of the seven schools will hold graduation Friday, May 16. A.L. Johnson’s graduation will be at 6 p.m. at the school gym, John Essex’s graduation will be at 6:30 p.m. at the school gym, Linden High’s graduation will be at 6 p.m. at the school gym, and Marengo High’s graduation will be at 7 p.m. at the school gym.

Sweet Water High will hold their graduation Sunday, May 18 at 3 p.m.

Demopolis and Marengo Academy will both hold their graduations Friday, May 23 at 7 p.m. Demopolis’ will be held in the stadium, and Marengo Academy’s will be held in the school gym.
