The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending May 13:

Shirley A. Walters, 67, was arrested Friday, May 9 for third-degree theft of property at DPD.

Michael M. Brown Jr., 25, was arrested Friday, May 9 for enters/remains in/on premises at Rainbow Circle.

Allen Smith, 41, was arrested Friday, May 9 for third-degree assault at DPD.

Gunner L. Smith, 18, was arrested Friday, May 9 for third-degree assault at DPD.

Dakota A. Smith, 19, was arrested Friday, May 9 for third-degree assault at DPD.

Johnny R. Haskins, 63, was arrested Saturday, May 10 for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct/disturbing the peace at East Jackson Street.

Ivan Spears, 47, was arrested Sunday, May 11 for appearing in a public place under the influence at First Avenue.

Andrew D. Ervin, 29, was arrested Sunday, May 11 for third-degree robbery at Ash Street.
