The following are the arrest reports for the Demopolis Police Department for the period ending Feb. 25:

Sherman I. Bennett, 36, was arrested Friday, Feb. 21 for third-degree domestic violence and third-degree assault at Family Dollar.

James K. Oberry, 42, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 22 for appearing in a public place under the influence at the Greenwood Inn parking lot.

Joel Smalls, 47, was arrested Monday, Feb. 24 for attempt to commit a controlled substance crime at Highway 43 North.
