LIVINGSTON – In an effort to give Tartt Field more time to return to playable conditions following the heavy rain that pounded Sumter County this week, the schedule for this weekend’s three-game baseball series against Saint Leo has been shuffled.

Instead of playing a doubleheader on Saturday, the Tigers and Lions will play a single game with first pitch coming at 4 p.m. The two teams will meet in a doubleheader Sunday beginning at noon.

West Alabama comes into the series with a 2-5 record. Saint Leo is 6-2 and brings a five-game winning streak to Tartt Field.
