Marengo Academy (3-1) looks to bounce back from their first loss of the season as they travel to Camden to take on Wilcox Academy (1-3).

Head coach Robby James said that Wilcox is a big team, probably bigger than Patrician was last week, but his team is still focused after the loss.

“We are still focused,” he said, “but we have to be prepared. Wilcox is a big team. They make a lot of mistakes with fumbles, but we can’t count on them to do that against us this week.”

He added that they have to focus on tackling and making better reads this week to try to avoid a second loss in a row.
