In the Sweet Water mayoral election, incumbent Mayor Wilbon Davis won the race with 65 votes to challenger Samantha Bouler Ray who claimed 19 votes.

The returning incumbents went unopposed Milton Etheridge – Place 1, Dorothy Ernest – 2, Ken McClantoc – 3, Jimmy Davis – 4 and Virgil Smith – 5.
