Bobbie Edwina Ross, 91, of Thomasville, passed away April 29, 2012 at Woodhaven Manor Nursing Home in Demopolis. She was born August 7, 1920 in Climax, Ala. She was a member of Thomasville Baptist Church and a member of the Clarke County RSVP.

She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie Ann (Tom) Meier, Decatur, Ala.; son, Ronald (Gaile) Ross, of Sweet Water; grandchildren, Carolyn (Jonathan) Morrison, Ronda (Jay) Russell, Trisha (Tom) Tower, Thomas (Katherine) Meir, Tonja (Joel) Hardy and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday May 1, 2012 with Dr. James Best officiating. Burial was at Choctaw Corner Cemetery in Thomasville.

Active Pallbearers were Tommy Meier, Tom Tyler, Joel Hardy, Jonathan Morrison, Jay Russell and Larry Savell.

Honorary Pallbearer was Dr. Jeff Graham.
