Mr. William Patrick, 57, of Forkland, Alabama, a former resident of Tuscaloosa, Alabama passed Dec. 31, 2011 at his residence. The remains were cremated. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012  from 11 to 5 p.m. at the residence in Forkland, Alabama. Survivors include a loving and devoted wife of thirty one years, Mrs. Brenda Patrick. Loving daughter, Christy Patrick of Tuscaloosa, AL; siblings, Walter, John, Carol, Cathy & Janice. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to William Patrick Memorial Fund.
