This spring the Birmingham Children’s Theater will tour Alabama visiting elementary schools across the state, and their first stop will be in Demopolis.

Westside Elementary School will host the acting troupe March 22 as students enjoy a performance of Hansel and Gretel.

Following the performance, Jack’s will host an autograph party for the actors and actresses in the play from 5 to 6 p.m.

Coloring sheets will be available or visitors will be welcome to bring any item for the actors to sign.

“The actors who play Hansel and Gretel will be there as will two other characters,” said Anna Tucker, Public Relations Coordinator for Jack’s Hamburgers.
