Peggy Johnson

Peggy Sue Johnson, age 52, died on Monday, March 22, 2010, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Edward Drummond; her husband, Lonnie Leon Johnson; her maternal grandparents, Charles Lamb and Odell Lamb Latimer; and her paternal grandparents, Albert and Sina Drummond.
Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Harold M. Overstreet of Demopolis;
two daughters, Lisa Ann (Ronnie) Duggans of Demopolis and Melanie Johnson Quick of Mississippi; six sons, Kevin (Sue) Griffin of Greensboro, Steven (Kim) Johnson, Daniel Johnson and Marcus Overstreet, all of Demopolis, and Chris Johnson and Eugene Johnson, both of Mississippi; her mother, Sarah Lamb Drummond (George) Klieber of Demopolis; three grandchildren, Melissa Duggans, Ryan Johnson and Blake Griffin; three sisters, Patsy (Allen) Greene of Faunsdale, Debbie (Ray) Barnes of Demopolis and Penny (Steve Tidmore) of Greensboro; two nieces and four nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 25, at 11 a.m. at Kidd-Robbins Funeral Home Chapel in Demopolis with the Rev. Don Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Knoxville.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Kidd-Robbins Funeral Directors of Demopolis is directing the services.
Pallbearers will be Ray Barnes, Allen Greene, Steve Tidmore, Ronnie Duggans, Stan Overstreet and Ronnie Barnes.
