Truman Ingram

Truman Ingram, age 74, of Linden died on Friday, Jan. 22, 2010, at his home.
He was a retired paper mill worker and a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Billie Jean Ingram of Linden; a son, David Wayne Ingram of Linden; two daughters, Lynn Ingram (Sam) Dailey of Fairhope and Lori Ingram Chapman of Linden; a sister, Sandra (Adolph) Davis of Linden; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at Providence Baptist Church on Saturday, Jan. 23, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Mike Allen and the Rev. Warren Huggins officiating.
Burial was at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Gallion. O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home of Linden directed the services.
Active pallbearers were Brooks Davis, Alan Steele, Barry Meeks, Sam Dailey, Chris Phillips, John Dailey and Harry McClure.
Honorary pallbearers were Richard Hill, Troy Strickland, the staff of Southern Care Hospice, the staff of Tombigbee Home Health and the staff of the Demopolis Cancer Care Center.
